- Have your file delivered to us, and file the necessary court documents
Our Law firm will speak directly with your former attorney to ensure a smooth transition on your behalf. We can also contact the Court and the opposing attorney to ensure a smooth transition. You only need to sign a Substitution of Attorney Form. We take care of the filing.
