How easy is it to change attorneys?

Simply call the Law offices of Richard K. Isles and set an appointment to meet with one of our friendly staff members. We can usually:

  • Contact your previous lawyer
  • Provide you with the form necessary to substitute your previous attorney
  • Have your file delivered to us, and file the necessary court documents

Our Law firm will speak directly with your former attorney to ensure a smooth transition on your behalf. We can also contact the Court and the opposing attorney to ensure a smooth transition. You only need to sign a Substitution of Attorney Form. We take care of the filing.
