Brian - Child Visitation and Child Support Matter
I was in Riverside Family Law Court with my lawyer who wasn’t getting my child support case moving. My lawyer repeatedly wanted the court to continue the hearings. One day I went into the court and saw attorney Richard Isles before the judge and realized he knew the laws, and was actually representing his client in front of the Judge (the way I was wishing my lawyer would act) stating case laws, and aggressively stating the facts before the judge. After his hearing I asked him for a business card . I went into his office the same day. I knew immediately that Isles was the lawyer I needed. We have been back to court and this case is finally getting to the end. My child support is now lowered, I have new custody orders for my son that I needed all along and my finances are getting back on track again!

Attorney Richard Isles was my lawyer in a guardianship of my grandson. We went to Court on the permanent guardianship with others who were wanting guardianship as well. I took court papers to the courthouse to obtain a fee waiver which Melissa at attorney Isles office prepared on my behalf. The court clerk asked who completed the legal forms and I told her that my lawyers office did. The clerk told me they were prepared perfectly and told me to thank Melissa the Certified Paralegal at attorney Richard Isles’ office for doing such a great job on the forms. She rarely sees the forms completed right so it was a pleasant change to see a Paralegal who knew how to properly complete the forms. It made the court clerk’s job easier!

Recently I hired attorney Isles to represent me on a modification of custody and support case. I moved out of state and needed a modification in California. I found Richard’s office online and was uncertain. So I called his office and was greeted by the staff and all my questions were answered. Everything was faxed back and forth promptly and the communications have been great. The paralegal prepared the declarations and sent them to me based on my information. When I saw how she put everything into words it looked great. It was the best declaration my wife and I have seen!
