Office Manager, Penny has worked for Family Law attorney since 1996.
She is in charge of office administration, providing assistance to Paralegals and staff when needed. She has an extensive background as far back as the early 1980's when she began her career in Toronto, Canada.
Penny attended Fullerton College in 1983 which lead to a career in Auto Claims Insurance wherein she was a Claims Specialist in Personal Injury accident injury claims for 14 years. Penny then went to work for attorney Richard K. Isles as the office manager with additional emphasis in Personal Injury cases involving serious injuries. Currently, Penny is in charge of all Personal injury cases, wherein she interacts with the clients and Insurance carriers.
Her extensive experience in Family Law Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation makes her a great asset to the Law offices of Richard K. Isles.
Connie Billings
Senior Family Law Paralegal
Connie brings to our office 15 years of Family Law Paralegal experience, in the Riverside and San Bernardino Courts.
Her plethora of knowledge stands out in Family Law cases as well as in her day to day meetings with clients. The majority of Connie's career has been handling Family Law cases for Divorce, Paternity, Juvenile Law cases, Probate, Guardianships, Adoptions and Domestic Violence cases.
One might say she is a hands-on Paralegal. You will see her digging into cases in such a way that the vital issues come to the surface, which is a strong quality in Family Law cases. With this being said, Connie demonstrates a professional yet down-to-earth approach when clients inquire about any aspect of Family Law procedures.
In the office and out of the office, Connie is a team player. Her interests include traveling, and spending time with loved ones.

Yvette M. Pineda
Senior Paralegal
Yvette brings a wealth of experience to our office as a Senior Family Law Paralegal. Her legal career has been successful with over 23 years practical Law office experience.
She takes pride in her work product. She has worked one on one with Family Law clients and received excellent knowledge from Superior Family Law Attorneys in her 23 years in the legal profession. When our clients work with Yvette in their dissolution or family law case, rest assured they will be lead by a Paralegal that is well seasoned in trial preparations, post judgment actions, contempt actions, domestic violence restraining orders, heavy asset dissolution actions and witness subpoenaed cases.
Yvette brings an education from Los Angeles Harbor College, and Chaffey College education from Alta Loma, California where she resides with her wonderful family. Yvette is bilingual in both Spanish and English and loves the opportunity to converse with Spanish speaking clients or witnesses.

Kenneth brings a wealth of hands-on technical experience to the Law offices of Richard K. Isles.
The majority of Kenneth's work involves computer technology, network technology , seo management, and office equipment upgrades . This allows our office to run efficiently and provides for smooth communications amongst our staff and family law clients. Kenneth has a positive attitude in his work environment with a strong knowledge of current trends in media.
Kenneth continues to ensure his computer knowledge is up to date by continuing his College education at Riverside Community College as well as maintaining his career at the Family Law firm of Richard K. Isles.
His hobbies include computer technology, listening to music, and caring for animals.
